WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Complete apartment make-ready turns from start to finish.
• Perform drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and touch-ups.
• Replace fixtures, hardware, and other items as needed.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Identify and report repairs requiring additional attention.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to provide two valid forms of identification.
