POSITION – Die Caster / General Labor
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am to 2:15pm
STARTING PAY – $19.00 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train
As a Die Caster / General Laborer, you will be working in a warm manufacturing environment assisting with die casting operations and secondary processes. This is a physical, hands-on role where you will stay active throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Operate trim presses and sand blasters
Assist with die casting operations
Handle and move cast parts throughout the process
Perform general labor duties as needed in production
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment
Ability to work in a warm, physical environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full first-shift schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
