Job Title: Electrical / Electronics Design Engineer

Location: Greensboro, NC

Job Description / Responsibilities

\n
• Product design, development, and implementation.
\n
• Electrical hardware design involving:
\n
• Mixed-signal designs
\n
• Power supply designs
\n
• Processor-based designs
\n
• Cable designs
\n
• Identify low-cost alternatives to off-the-shelf parts such as:
\n
• Monitors
\n
• Printers
\n
• Card readers
\n
• Scanners
\n
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
\n
• FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
\n
• DOE (Design of Experiments).
\n
• Root Cause Analysis.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
\n
• 5–10 years of experience in product design, development, and implementation.
\n

Preferred: Experience with Design for Manufacturability, FMEA, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis.
