This opportunity is designed for someone seeking more than simply a place to hang a license. • Marketing, Administrative & Transaction Support: Focus more of your time on business development and client service with support for marketing, transaction coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Support With Accountability: Work within a collaborative team that provides clear expectations, regular coaching, shared standards, and accountability to help you stay focused on your goals.
A Career Designed for Growth

A successful real estate career requires more than a license. It is built through consistent conversations, disciplined follow-up, strong relationships, continuous skill development, and a commitment to improvement.

Eligible PLACE benefits and opportunities may also include profit sharing, health benefits, vesting programs, and real estate investment opportunities intended to create value beyond an individual transaction.

We invest in professionals who are committed to investing in themselves. Bring your effort, coachability, and dedication to growth, and you will have a team ready to support your development, celebrate your accomplishments, and help you continue raising your standards.

This is a commission-based real estate position. Success depends on consistent activity, ongoing skill development, exceptional client service, and production.

Responsibilities
What you'll do:
  • Help deliver the dream of homeownership by providing knowledgeable, responsive, and professional guidance to buyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline by executing PLACE lead-generation systems weekly and converting prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and relationship-building activities into appointments.
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, identify homes, prepare offers, and guide clients confidently from their initial search through closing.
  • Consult with sellers, develop pricing and marketing recommendations, secure listings, and demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and other listing-related services.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers while advocating for their goals throughout the transaction.
  • Conduct at least one open house each month to build relationships, develop market knowledge, support our listings, and create new business opportunities.
  • Keep client, task, and pipeline activity current in PLACE Technology while participating consistently in weekly script practice, weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly training, Partner Call, and team activities to continuously sharpen your skills and grow your business.
