What You'll Do

• Represent buyers and sellers through the full transaction, from first meeting to closing
• Build and maintain a strong client network and referral base
• Prepare market analyses and price listings accurately
• List, market, and show properties
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of your clients
• Stay current on local market trends and regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active real estate broker or salesperson license in (State) (or willingness to obtain one soon)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized
• Commitment to ethical practice and excellent client service
• Comfort with technology and social media
• Prior real estate experience is a plus, but new licensees are welcome

Compensation

Commission-based, with splits up to 95/15. $14,000.00 cap.

Requirements Include:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to attend IL Real Estate School ( in person or online )
• Must be able to pass the Real Estate Exam.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position.
• Sign-on Bonus ( with requirements )
