Band Bio

She was born with a serious set of lungs. She tells us that she can hear it in her head, harmonies, octaves, melodies, everything. In the studio there is barely any correction done to her voice, it is all epic. Our producer just shakes his head in amazement as we are mixing the songs. Morgan was used to a mellow style of singing in more of a restaurant environment with just an acoustic guitar. We wanted to push her to do more. So this is a breakthrough performance for her. But she hears it all and pulls it off very well. She is married with a baby son (that comes to the studio with her). In her spare time she changes diapers, feeds the baby, bathes the baby, takes him for walks, entertains him, and gets up in the night when he is sad. She still sings and looks forward to life being less demanding. We are glad she is helping us out!
Started playing guitar at age 8.  It’s been a day or two since then.  While technically not a professional musician (he has a day job), he has played a lot of guitar for a long time. A moderate guitar collector, he owns around 30+ electric and acoustic axes. All of which he keeps maintained and ready to play. The Trash Panda Band is a family & Friends group, all trained to some musical level. Some of the sounds originated with a 1970’s feel through the present time.
When Nick was in high school, he was in a band and even recorded an album. His mother told him that she was OK with him if he dropped out of school to become a rock star! Nick did not go that direction, he finished high school and college. He has a great voice and is having fun helping us round out our sound. Nick is married, with no children yet.
A technically trained guitarist, Gage learned bass to fill a need in the band. A confirmed bachelor, he admits he is getting too comfortable with his life and lifestyle. He is an avid fitness and workout addict with an active lifestyle. His day job is the marketing director and sales manager for a medical manufacturing business. But on the weekend, he loves to play in The Trash Panda Band! Gage has a great voice that you can hear in some of the backing vocals.
Josh played his first concert at 14 (9th grade) when he was in a band with older high school kids. He took some drum lessons and caught on fast. He also plays guitar and piano. He pushes the band to be a little more modern in our music, we tend to compromise and you can hear the results.  Josh is an active outdoorsman and athlete. He has finished several Ironman competitions. He loves to ride his wakeboard and do flips over the wake. He is still a bachelor but does have a steady girlfriend. We also have a song that he will be singing, we just have not recorded it yet.
Emily is a student in finance. She is also a licensed massage therapist. She grew up playing piano and has taken voice lessons. She is a big supporter of the band and wants to quit school to go on the road. Hmmm. We will have to see about that one.
He loves to sing for fun. He started singing with friends when they would play in their living room. When the band got organized, we called Austin to come and sing for real! He is married and has 1 son. Life is very busy for Austin and his small family. He was raised a real cowboy with horses and ropes. But he never caught on to country music. We are trying to write a country song, it just hasn’t happened yet.
