The position requires the specialist to process mail, prep/scan/index/file Partial Claim notes, and Partial Claim mortgages for loans insured by HUD. Required Qualifications 2 + years of office experience 1 + years of mortgage industry experience a plus Data Management skills Background or Knowledge in FHA Guidelines Familiarity with HUD guidelines Able to lift 80lbs or more Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior organizational Skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications 10 - Key Data Entry 60-80 WPM ISN Corporation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
